Designation: Project Leader Prepare functional specifications Assign individual responsibilities Lead projects that involve software design and defining business rules Utilize Oracle, Rational, Java, JSP, SQL and other applications / computer programming languages Recommend new processes, software and / or systems to improve internal information systems efficiency Configure systems; Serve as liaison between team members and department management Monitor systems to ensure no bugs / errors occur. Minimum Requirements To Apply: Must have Masters degree or foreign equivalent in CS / IS / Engg(any field) or equivalent and 1 yr of experience in Project Leader / Application Consultant / equivalent. Experience must include 1 year of preparing functional specifications; software design and defining business rules and working with Oracle, Rational, Java, JSP, and SQL. In lieu of Masters degree +1 yr, employer will accept Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent and 5 years progressive, post - baccalaureate experience. Employer will accept any other suitable combination of education, training and / or experience. Job Location: Sterling, VA and other unanticipated locations throughout the US.
