Project Manager - Telecom SectorAbout this jobCentum Learning India is hiring Project Manager - Telecom Sector in Delhi:DesignationProject Manager - Telecom Sector (1)Cities Delhi Salary As per Industry Standards Job DescriptionProject manager will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization:

  • To plan and implement training projects
  • To manage a team of 15-20 trainers in PAN India locations
  • Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define tasks and required resources
  • Collect and manage project team
  • Manage budget
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
  • Allocate project resources
  • Create schedule and project timeline
  • Track deliverables
  • Support and direct team
  • Lead quality assurance
  • Monitor and report on project progress
  • Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
  • Evaluate and assess result of project
Essential Qualification
  • Minimum Graduate, MBA will be preferred
  • Must have experience in telecom training project management
  • Must have managed the P&L for the training projects
  • Minimum 6-8years of work experience in training/L&D industry
  • Team management experience is a must.
