Job Description

QA/QC HEAD AGRO FORMULATIONWe are looking to hire an overall Quality In charge of our all three Formulation Units, 2 at Samba, Jammu & 1 at Gajraula. He must have got an experience of maintaining high QA/QC standards working with some leading Agrochemical manufacturing companies of India.Job Responsibilities:

  • Must be having good exposure in all new generation safer formulations like SE, SC, ZC, MEC, WDG, WG in addition to theold traditional formulations like EC, SL etc.
  • Should have a thorough knowledge of all checks & balances to be implemented at all levels to maintain high quality standard in formulation.
  • Should be capable of creating & handling good QC team to assure quality at all units & troubleshoot the issues before releasing the material in the market maintaining quality standard at all level including the mitigation of the all inward material quality concerns also.
  • Carrying out experiments in the Lab, compiling results/data and determining how to proceed with next experiment/stage of project.
  • Executing the assigned projects independently while planning day to day activities and carrying out multiple experiments.
  • Supporting the sales team to resolve product and application related complaints and actively involved in trouble shooting.
  • Providing day to day support and maintenance activities for the QC laboratory.
  • Supporting the Production department by testing performance, batch release, etc
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry/ Agrochemicals / Pesticides Chemistry.
  • Only Candidates with Relevant Experience of minimum 10 Years in Agro Formulations Should Only Apply.
