Quote to Cash ArchitectThe Enterprise Architecture (EA) team within the IT team is looking for an EApps Strategy Lead focussed on transformational and incremental improvements to quote to cash (QTC) architecture to join us. In this role, you will serve as the liaison between the business, EA portfolio and platform architects, application technical delivery teams, vendors, and partners and ensure strategic alignment across all QTC value steam stakeholders.You will develop effective QTC technology strategy, roadmap, and solutions by partnering with other value stream strategy leads to understand the key priorities, impacted functions and capabilities, and business value measurement. As a EApps Strategy Lead, you ll need to establish collaborative partnerships with key business stakeholders to foster cross-functional insights, business understanding and empathy, and industry best practices adoption opportunities. Successful applicants must reside in a country where Red Hat is registered to do business. What you will do
• Work with the business as a first point of contact on any new pending technology needs to enable clarity of business value, priorities, business requirements, and standardized processes before the Delivery team engagement
• Partner with business stakeholders to develop comprehensive future-state technical architectures and technology roadmap based upon strategic priorities
• Own the business capability assessment and impact prior to technical build considering people, process, data and technology
• Translate business requirements to the delivery teams to ensure that they are understood and the teams are informed enough to identify the right technical solution and business value measurements for success
• Proactively identify opportunities to apply technology advances in technology to improve business outcomes in QTC value stream; guide proofs of concepts and business case activities for selected areas of focus
• Align technical solutions to enterprise business and technology strategies, partnering with portfolio architects to ensure strategic fit and alignment with corporate and industry norms and best practices
• Work closely with the Intake Management team to assess new business requests and alignment with managing the business and scaling the business into the future
• Foster collaborative working relationship with the Finance, Sales, IT, and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure role clarity and swift delivery on business priorities
• Perform discovery and analysis and design workshops for teams of both technical and non-technical backgrounds; workshops will shape and inspire internal business partner use cases and architecture design decisions
• Provide subject-matter expertise to support the development of a persona-based user experience (UX) approach to ensure that the experience-driven design is prominent
• Proactively inspire the design of processes, technology, user experiences, and operating models
• Support project management processes for strategic initiatives; assist in prioritization and sequencing of key work packages, dependency analyses, and risk identification and mitigation
What you will bring
• 8+ years of relevant experience with enterprise architecture, transformation, process excellence, process design, or strategy and architectural principles in the QTC space
• Record of optimizing and transforming Quote to Cash enterprise capabilities and deep understanding of industry leading QTC applications like Oracle ERP, Salesforce.com (SFDC) and configure, price, and quote (CPQ) tools
• Experience defining and maintaining strategies and business and technical roadmaps
• Experience managing vendors, system integrators (SIs), and consultants
• Team-oriented, motivated, and enthusiastic with the willingness to take initiative and maintain a positive approach
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels throughout organizations, including business leaders and administration associates
• Ability to work with a virtual team
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Solid understanding of enterprise operational processes, planning, and operations
• Proven ability to plan and deliver business solutions, frameworks, and process implementations
