Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forRegional Lead - IT InfraEssential Skills for your mission:Graduate (any stream) with 6-7 years of experience in handling New Store Rollout and Operations in Retail/QSR (preferable) Well-versed with IT Infrastructure, including Networking/OS/Logs/Monitors, Database Installation, Backups, etc. At least a years experience in handling 3rd party vendors Experience in working in LS Retail or Dynamics POS will be an added advantage MCSE/CCNA certification will be an added advantage Willing to travel to West or South occasionallyOnce you are here, you will:Lead the Maintenance and Support team for New Store Opening and Operations in North :o Responsible for deployment of Initial IT Setup for Store (New store ops)o Implementing and troubleshooting on POS system of restaurants. Responsible for leading L1 team in North and acting as L2 escalation (technical) of all IT Infra and POS issues at storesPlanning and Implementation of new store and roll outs.As part of NSO, responsible for:o Configuring required software at store as per checklist.o Installation and configuration windows OS and basic softwares.o Managing & Maintaining SQL 2005 & 2012 (Installation, Database creation, Backupetc.).Vendor management/Follow up for timely service delivery and support. IT Asset management for North and few stores in West/South Assisting Manager by providing timely IT Reports for better view of operations. Work closely with the IT Infrastructure Head and put together a scope of work for managing NSO (Tim Hortons IT vs External vendors) and IT Operations (L1 Support) for North India Responsible for leading 3rd party vendors in North and improving operations Coordinate with store stakeholders Perform feasibility analysis of features requested by business stakeholders and ensure the appropriate solution is implementedRegards,HR Team
