Job Description

    Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Office (BDO) in hospitality recruitment, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our international business by identifying and reaching out to new potential candidates and hotel management collages. You will work closely with the recruitment team to create and execute sales strategies, build relationships with potential customers, and close deals. Build long-lasting relationships with respective education institutes and other eligible candidates for the training and internship programYour ultimate goal is to increase the number of eligible applicants and grow our customer base.Main Responsibilities of a Business Development Executive
    • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
    • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand the candidates quality and providing relevant solutions
    • Managing the recruitment leads and follow up
    • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
    • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
    • Sending daily and weekly performance reports to the main office
    • This is completely a performance-based opportunity
    Main Responsibilities of a Business Development Executive

    OurIdeal Candidate
    • Must have a degree or diploma from an accredited university, college, or reputable institute. Preferably in HR, Marketing, and/or hotel tourism management
    • You must becomfortable working independently as well as part of a team and have excellent communication skills
    • You are either related, experienced, or willing to learn about the hospitality (hotel/ resorts) industry
    • You must be OK to make cold calls and set appointments
    • You are good at communication skills
    • You must be proficient in the English language
    • You must be able to attend meeting calls
    • You are savvy with computer skills and the use of social media
    • Added advantage if you are familiar with basic graphic design (canva, photo editing software, photoshop, etc.)
