1. EHS Audit Checklist:- Develop daily audit checklist for each department. Conduct audit as per the decided frequency, Maintain and monitor the action plan and compliance on the audit points. Daily site inspection in order to observe physical conditions of work and the work practices and procedures followed by workers and reporting to Site Manager and concerned staff. Identify any abnormalities / deviations in housekeeping, spills and EHS violations and report to project manager. 2. Establish EHA processes and monitor for effectiveness:- Work Permit System. Mock Drill / Evacuation Plan and maintain record for such drills. Firefighting equipment testing and monitoring. Develop and conduct EHS training program for all category of employees. Conduct Safety committee meetings and ensure compliance with all the points discussed. Coordinate and participate in the investigation of accidents and near misses; Review and analyze accidents and near miss incidents and making corrective action recommendations. Daily Safety walk. Operation and maintenance of ETP/STP. Testing and Maintenance of Lifts, Overhead Cranes, Wire ropes Etc. Compliances with various requirements of customer audits. Organize safety campaigns, competitions to motivate employees towards safe work environment. Celebration of safety week by organizing different trainings and competitions. 3. Legal compliances:- Maintain and monitor legal compliances under various EHS laws. (Factories Act). Ensure adequate and timely procurement and maintenance of personal protective equipment s as per standards. Ensure operations & maintenance personnel in keeping & maintaining ETP & STP Plant working & in good condition. Working on Reduction of Air, Water & Noise pollution, Stack Monitoring, Handling of Hazardous Waste & Disposal of Hazardous waste, Legal Compliance related to MPCB. Maintain records in compliance to statutory provision. Legislative work, coordination with factory inspector, MPCB officer and other government officials.Required Candidate profileExcellent analytical and reporting skills. Skills for making a detailed audit report with relevant preventive and corrective measures required. Strong communication, convincing skills. Excellent training skills. Knowledge of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, 5S, POKAYOKE & Kaizen, TPM SAFETY. Knowledge and experience of conducting safety audit & safety inspection, risk assessment, accident investigation & reporting, safety meeting, creating safety awareness through safety slogans, walk through & safety awards and compliances.,
