Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure its strong presence. Build and promote strong , long - lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Responsible for generating leads , negotiating and closing sales Fix up site visits with clients and brief them about the project Must learn about all the special features of the project / s including any sustainability features Meticulous follow up with the clients and convince them on the property investment and its benefits Generate referrals from existing CoEvolve customers and promote CoEvolve projects Ensure complete satisfaction of the customer from site visit till the handover of the project Suggest the best property to the clients based on their requirements and budget Participate in property exhibitions and other BTL (Below the line) activities Lead Generation through various sources To ensure the pre - set sales targets are achieved Develop sales strategies and execution of the same Market research , market intelligence , sales analysis , feedback and reporting Keeping up to date information on products of our competitors To work with channel partners to generate sales through them Ensure regular product price updates to channel partners Close collaboration with other functional departments to ensure full customer satisfaction,
