Sales Executive / Assistant Manager Sales Manager Responsibilities Hands -on Role selling waste management services, and managing sales & marketing team. Counseling the Waste Management Rules to the Industries and selling BOWML services. Manufacturers generate hazardous waste and need help in legal & safe disposal. Candidate will be responsible for procuring Used /Waste Oil and Hazardous Waste. Solicit business through Post, Telephone Calls, Email & Personal Visits to Industries in Industrial Areas. Understand waste management problems, build relationship w /client. Send Proposal, Negotiate and Close Business. Ensure timely purchases /deliveries and bill realizations. Ensure fulfillment of contracts coordinating with procurement, facility staff. Also ensure completion of regulatory forms manifest. Ensure timely invoicing from Accounting and collection of payments from clients. Coach, Inspire and lead Sales Team by Example, Honesty, Dedication and Individual Sales performance. Hire Sales Professionals, elevate their career path. Terminate the consistent non -performers. Presentations to prospects, clients, pollution control board, MoeF and CPCB. Participating in Auctions, Tenders and RFP s Meet & Beat Individual Sales Quota as well as Group Quota Monthly, Quarterly and Annually. Collect Feedback from sales team, fulfillment team, clients and incorporate improvements after management s approval. Requirements Retired Army /Air Force /Private Manufacturing Enterprise Manager having excellent written and oral English, confidence, phone manners and extensive sales, business development experience. Senior professional willing to work with small family owned enterprise (finite /limited resources) trying to grow as a corporate public enterprise. At least 2 years Experience in manufacturing company. At least 5 years direct selling experience to Industries. At least 10 years management experience. Willing to travel to Industries in UP, Uttrakhand, HP, Haryana and Punjab regularly. Location : Delhi /NCR Education : Any Graduate Functional Area : Sales /Marketing /BD Compensation : Basic + Incentive will be provided based on individual performance as well as group sales performance (sales from sales professionals reporting to this position) and timely completion of targets.
