Roles and Responsibilities

Product Development:Professional Range
Launching: To launch theSalonrange All Over India.

Territory Management: Handle and manage the assigned task ensuing smooth operations and incessant business growth.
Recruitment/Selection:Identify and appoint asalesforce along with appointing the stockiest for the entire India.
Market Analysis:Collate inputs by means of identifying market potential and subsequently formulatesalesstrategies along with defining monthly and quarterly targets.
Service Level Areas:Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by continuous improvements in service levels.

Team Management:Lead, motivate, mentor and drive the team to achieve optimum performance and individual objectives and subsequently enhance contribution levels.

SalesPromotions:Devise innovative schemes and promotional campaigns to enhancesales.
Training:Enhancing competencies of thesalesteam though product andsalestraining.
