Job Description

Designation: Senior Export ExecutiveReports to: Sales & Marketing DirectorIndustry: Medical Devices (Class II & Class III Orthopaedic Implants)Place of Posting: Sonipat 2 KM from Delhi Border (Singhu Border)Working Days: 9:30AM to 6:00PM (Monday to Saturday)Duties and Responsibilities

  • To administer all export of goods and ensure compliance to all organizational policies and procedures.
  • Facilitating communication & coordination in English language to clients across the globe.
  • Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements and prepare all export documents (such as Quotations, Proforma Invoice, Purchase Orders, Marking, Labelling, Commercial Invoice & Packing List etc.) within required timeframe and schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method in assistance with customers.
  • Coordination with freight forwarders for transacting daily shipments and to find the desirable transportation method & to ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry.
  • Monitoring of Pre-Dispatch Inspection of goods to ensure the correctness of the instructions given by the client or as per company standard.
  • Preparation of documents required for custom clearance (such Export Declarations or any other documents depending upon the requirement)
  • Keeping track of remittances received and providing settlement instructions to finance department
  • Processing of all incoming queries from export customers promptly and efficiently such as stock availability, samples requirement or any other request in relation with work.
  • Monitor all sales transactions and review all customer response for all orders and payments and resolve all customer issues for processes and manage sales shipments of all export products and collaborate with entire organization to ensure smooth functioning of processes and forecast all requirements.
  • Coordination with Regulatory team to fulfil all the regulatory requirements of each country.
  • Maintaining all customer data including agreements, pricing, orders, feedback.etc.
  • Other duties as assigned by reporting head.

  • Bachelors or Master s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (highly preferred).
  • 7+ years of export and import operations experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiations, team work and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be good in MS-Office, presentations, ERP & SAP.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines.
  • Good team player and contributor to a positive work environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
