Job Responsibilities

Perform customer private enterprise networks analysis
Perform integration of Nokia Digital Automation Cloud product to the networks
Develop networks configuration automation software
NDAC SW features development and support, mostly related to networking functionality
SW domain analysis, low-level software design, implementation of new functionalities in software projects
Follow software development process established in the project
Technical leadership for certain domain area within project
Contribution to specifications and creating documentation for the relevant part of the software
Code re-factoring and optimization, code maintenance, and bug corrections

Key competencies/skills

Masters Degree in Computer Science
Relevant 5-7 years experience
Experienced in Go programming
Experience in C/C++ programming is a plus
Experience in IP networks configuration, respective methods and tools. Experience in several areas from the list below:
- Strong Linux background (network related tools/utils)
- IP routing IPv4, IPv6, BGP, OSPF (bird)
- TCP/IP stack
- Must Virtualization (docker, k8s), sdk operator
- Network device configuration protocols, SSL/TLS protocols
- Understanding of software system design
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in international teams. You can act as a technical lead.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum
Good technical English
Open-minded professional with good organization skills, strong commitment to quality and a flair for innovative thinking

Desired Professional experience:Here is our requirements concerning engineer ability:

3 -10 years of software development experience desirably in the telecommunications area
Strong C/C++ programming skills
Experience in SW development for real time OS
Experience in Agile development (Scrum certified)
Experience in embedded systems development
Skills of optimizing complex applications
Experience in SW design and architecture development process
Good technical English

E xperience of work with version control systems (SVN, ClearCase) and bug-tracking (JIRA, ClearQuest)
Good knowledge of Unix-like operating systems, memory models, synchronization mechanisms

Knowledge of SW development process
Lua experience
WEB-programming skills, Scala experience
