Job Description

Senior Manager/Manager (Investor Relations)- Responsible for developing and executing Cos investor relations strategy. Executing comprehensive and proactive investor relations strategies and possess relationships with key investment banks, equity research analysts, and investors and experience with communicating with shareholders, the general financial community, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain positive relationships.Key Responsibilities:- Manage investor relations vendors- Oversee the quarterly earnings process, including gathering of quarterly key developments, drafting initial talking points for earnings call, organization of analyst Q&A preparation, managing the earnings call vendor including conference call administration, follow-up calls and meetings, and working in partnership with Finance and outside parties, as well as providing input for regulatory filings- Manage IR inbox and respond to investor inquiries via email- Draft internal memos and reference guides for Companys stakeholders about the Companys strategy and financial model for Senior Management use during investor meetings- Synthesize investor feedback, sentiment, and questions for the benefit of the companys senior leadership team and Board of Directors, helping frame potential responses and/or disclosures- Provide business, financial and market intelligence to the senior leadership team, identifying industry trends, shareholder ownership changes, shareholder concerns and competitor actions that might impact the Company- Identifying new and potential investors in the Companys stock- Draft analyses on peer company and sector developments, including coverage of comparable company analysis, benchmarking, competitive analysis and peer-company earnings reviews- Prepare and maintain the Companys investor presentations and manage the Companys analyst and investor days- Manage the Companys investor relations webpage and preparation of relevant presentations and publications- Provide monthly updates to executive management on investor relations activitiesQualification And Experience:1. CA or CWA or MBA Finance with Minimum 3+ years of experience in investor relations in a public listed company investor relations function having turnover Rs. 5000 Crores plus.2. Well versed on SEC regulations and areas of critical sensitivity, such as financial disclosure3. High energy level with a hands-on approach combined with the ability to think strategically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment4. Superior conceptualization, organizational, analytic, project management and presentation skills5. Ability to translate financial results and complex issues into concise and credible messages is critical6. Demonstrated success in developing and managing external relationships with the financial community (buy side and sell side)7. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships across senior-level management of the company8. Business maturity coupled with the highest integrity9. A true collaborator who maintains a balanced view of the business and can effectively push back with senior management, providing candid, honest assessment10.
