Job Description

Senior Manager - Product Strategist - IIM- ABCL/ISB/MDI/FMS- Degree in business or related field (MBA preferred) from tier 1 institutes (IIMs - ABCL/ FMS/ ISB, etc.)- 2+ years of work experience in strategy consulting, investment bank, and/or hyper growth tech company- Self -starter who can identify and prioritise opportunities to focus on- You are willing to roll up your sleeves and go deep into the assigned problem- Near-unreasonable high bar for user experience- Strong communication skills ; youre able to articulate complex concepts in a simple way- Technical depth and tenacity to break down operational complexity and drive ambiguous problems to conclusion- Leverage first principles problem solving skills to develop company strategic big product bets that is required to win within a customer segment- Develop a thorough customer needs mapping within priority Customer segments/ Markets through direct interviews & deep data analysis.- Collaborate and convert customer needs into product requirements- Work in close proximity with leadership to drive product strategy, resource investment, and KPI calibration- Critical projects based on emergent business needs.,
