Job Description

    Manager (Strategic Projects & PMO) Cvent, Inc. (www.cvent.com) is the worlds leading provider of cloud-based software for meetings and event management. Internationally we have offices in India, London, England, Singapore, Australia.Must have 9+ years experience post MBA in strategic transformation, business process reengineering and project management for system implementations. You will be responsible for driving efficiency through process improvement and automation across functions. You will be required to interact with the executive management, senior leaders and other stakeholders to identify process and product gaps and recommend improvements. Job Responsibilities : - Plan, lead and implement cross-functional strategic initiatives - Be analytical and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and problem solve across multiple projects - Ability to structure a large amount of information within a process framework - Understand and document the current working process in details (review, document and assess critical business processes) - Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users - Review and develop current and future state process maps - Evaluate work flows and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, maximize efficiency and reduce waste - Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities - Project Management for systems transformation- Identify, communicate, and report significant deviations from project plan / quality - Track the working process and evaluate its effectiveness Skillset Required (must have) : - Understand how ERP, BPM, CRM and BI tools operate - Process transformation - Project management - Excel modelling Added Advantage : - Cost analysis - SQL Gaurav M:- +91-hidden_mobile,
