Job Description

Job Summary:The primary focus of the role is to ensure that business requirements for suitable human resources are met on timely manner. The role requires streamlining the complete talent acquisition process, right from sourcing good resumes, taking the candidates through the selection process, ensuring a pleasant candidate experience during the entire process and completing the on-boarding of selected candidates.Key Tasks:1. Design and implement the talent acquisition framework for sales role.2. Assess the talent gap in budgeted versus actual manpower in different locations in sales and develop the talent acquisition plan along with business to ensure that required manpower is available on time3. Optimize cost of talent acquisition by proper utilization of source mix for hiring4. Hire, train and build the required expertise and capacity within the talent acquisition team to support the business requirements.5. Hiring for Pan India , Core sales function and driving numbers week on week and month on month basis 6. Tracking source mix and ensuring daily and weekly productivity.7. Hiring Bulk sales people across Pan India Skill Sets:1. Process oriented with Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills2. Should possess the charisma to guide and motivate people Experience:1. 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition role, of which last 2-3 years in the role of Leading the talent acquisition function.2. Must have lead a team3. Must have exposure to hiring for all levels of role in the organization 4. HR industry knowledge & nationwide networking5. Must have exposure to bulk hiringQualifications:MBA in HR from a reputed college, a degree in engineering will be an added advantage,
