Job Description

We are a company providing Business, Process and Technology Consulting for Retailers across formats. We represent Retail Pro an international bestseller in POS and store inventory solution. We also provide people solutions and services in the form of retail training, recruitment, BOT (Build Operated Transfer) staffing and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourced) Solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in selling software solutions
  • Retail Software/POS sales experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of consistent goal/quota attainment
  • Demonstrated understanding of sales planning, sales strategy development and pipeline management
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills - strong phone skills are required

Should be willing to travel Responsibilities:
  • Meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with focus on the value of the solution
  • Prospect, generate interest for Sales Opportunities
  • Follow up with prospective clients and close deals
  • Participating in conferences, representing the company for brand awareness
  • Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects
  • Providing suggestions to improvise on sales and marketing strategies
  • Manage entire Sales life cycle including identify business opportunities and drive profitable new business with client mapping, cold calling, prospecting, lead qualification, product/service presentation, proposal presentation and sales closure
  • Should have good knowledge in Social Media Marketing
  • Come up with creative and innovative ideas to promote our brand and products.
