Senior Designer with an ability to ideate prolifically across mediums, should be a deadline-driven team-leader with demonstrated talent in developing unique strategy, creative communications and branding.Exemplary in the craft of design with the ability to apply oneself across various verticals. Should have domain expertise and proven ability in at least two verticals from the following categories Brand Identity programmes, Print and Publications, Web and App design (UI/ UX).JOB DESCRIPTIONCapacity to work both independently and in teams on a wide range of design projects. Focus areas Branding, Identity, Communication Collaterals, Web and App design, Environment Branding and Exhibitions. Ability to articulate a clear contextual design brief to define the way forward for strategy, develop relevant ideas and concepts, work on finer details, produce outputs and execute a project with or without a team. Render ideas and simulations and make presentations Team management and project co-ordination at various stages In Environment Branding projects assist in supervising execution and site co-ordination across multiple media. You love to apply your strategic thinking and design skills across verticals to create holistic and consistent communication. Have the three core qualities of a senior & experienced person Responsible Accountable Competent. Have a disciplined and organised temperament and a focussed drive to achieve and excel An ardent learner, who acquires knowledge across other domains and businesses Minimum 5 8 years of experience from a reputed design firm. Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design and domain relevant software Good verbal and written communications, client interfacing and presentation skills Knowledge of printing technologies, usage of colour profiles, UI patterns and web/ mobile/ app development processes will be an advantage. Exposure to web tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, Principle, InVision, WordPress, Dreamweaver (HTML/ CSS) will be an advantage.
