They operate across a broad spectrum of segments in the education industry.As a Service Delivery Manager, you will plan and execute customer portfolios & Service Orders (end-to-end).What you will do:- Curating content for landing pages, promotional communication for SMS, Emailers, FB, etc.- Maintaining a good relationship with Internal & External Stakeholders via a smooth flow of communication- Maintaining service trackers for Internal review calls- Providing clients with regular updates and periodic statements to keep them abreast of the campaign progress- Optimizing the campaigns by monitoring Campaigns & performance through analytics & reports to improve the effectiveness / ROI of the campaign- Communicate with clients regularly identify their preferences and facilitate the process to meet their needs and expectationsWhat you must have:- 2+ years of experience in Service Delivery; preferably in Edtech Industry- Performance Tracking & Improving Operations- Strong command over MS Office- Ability of Re-thinking Strategies- Proven ability to meet Deadlines- Strong Verbal & written Communication Skills - MBA is preferred,
