Job Description for Assistant Manager or Manager Operations for Sales Outbound Process: -

  1. Good Communication Skills
  2. Must have handled tele sales campaign.
  3. Have good knowledge in Digital Marketing (Outbound Sales)
  4. Team handling experience of 40 - 100 TSOs
  5. Data management & having Dialer Knowledge.
  6. Must have experience.
  7. Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
  8. Must have Exp in Tele sales outbound
  9. Aware About the basic KRA and KPIs
  10. Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.
  11. Knowledge of Attrition and Shrinkage
  12. Help Generate business from the Indian domestic market.
  13. Must have experience in hardcore sales outbound
  14. Quick thinking and problem solving skills
  15. With a pleasing personality and decision making ability in day to day situations.
  16. Excellent People Management & leadership qualities.
  17. Well versed with Power Point.
  18. Excellent verbal communication skills
  19. Must have dial-er knowledge (Modes of Dial-er and must have worked on Dial-er)
  20. Must aware about roster-ing and manpower planning and people management and Billing.
