Job Description

Managing all the civil suits, criminal matters, various legal matters of the group.
Drafting, finalizing and maintaining records of all types of Lease Agreements.
Liaison with Advocate for filing of the Cases U/s- 420 of I.P.C
Execution of Non bailable warrant on all India basis. Keeping continuous track of heavy amount defaulter
Liaison with the bailiff, police personnel for execution of Attachment order of movable and immovable property of the concern defaulter.
Takes care of drafting and vetting of various secretarial/statutory documents.
Responsible for drafting and filing of all suits & petitions.
Handling all the litigation and filling cases in all the courts. i.e. District Court, High Court. Assisting in Due Diligence.
Initiating the filing, checking and signing of legal cases on behalf of Group Companies.
