Job Description

Your Responsibilities will Include :

  • Works collaboratively with Digital Marketing Manager, the Global Digital Marketing Products team, Boston Scientific s agency partners and other external service providers to deliver on the production requirements of Digital Marketing programs.
  • Creates digital content using our Adobe CQ5 content management system and other Digital Marketing systems. Uses BSC tools designed to provide divisions with low-cost, easy-to-implement eMarketing programs.
  • In consultation with Digital Marketing Manager, develop and ensure adherence to production schedules.
  • Has ability and desire to accurately to meet deadlines as agreed upon.
  • Maintains/updates/deletes content from Websites, etc. to ensure conformance with BSC policies/external regulatory requirements.
  • Advises Digital Marketing partners to ensure that content meets appropriate BSC technical specs (e.g., video and file formats) Partners with Measurement Analysis team to ensure that appropriate tracking codes are included in digital programs.
  • Stay up-to-date on training/certification required for use of BSC validated Digital Marketing software/systems, including desktop/mobile Website system; Adobe CQ5; Adobe Analytics; Adobe Campaign (email), Web content testing (VWO)

What were looking for in you:

  • BA/BS or equivalent; 1-2 years of related experience Demonstrated proficiency in HTML.
  • Experience producing web pages in a content management system such as AEM or SDL.
  • Working experience with Adobe Creative Suite products, including, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Premier
  • Basic knowledge of XML, XSL a plus
  • Experience with social media and mobile marketing programs/platforms (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Apple iOS).
  • Understanding of cross-platform browser behavior (including iOS/Safari); ability to create/modify content accordingly
  • Experience building email campaigns that drive traffic and conversion
  • Experience building landing pages, including A/B versions
  • Experience with creating and executing strong content testing programs
  • Proven track record of managing projects to agreed upon deliverables, on time and on budget
  • Results orientation, with a premium on accurate, timely execution
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Desire to work in a fast paced environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong ability to multi-task and the judgment to balance competing priorities effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
