Dear Job Aspirants,We are hiring for the position of Customer Service Officer (Service to Sales) position for a reputed Life Insurance Company in your city.CTC : Between 2.5 Lacs to 3.50 Lacs per annum plus incentives.Locations : Kannur, Raipur, Varanasi, Mumbai, Delhi, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Yamunanager, Anand and KotaIntroduction : SPARC is an initiative aimed at leveraging service touch points with existing customers to generate new sales. We currently have a service-to-sales (S2S) model in place for walk-in customers at our branches. However, there are many other instances and touch points, where we interact with our customers, which are not leveraged for generating sales such as financial payouts, service request, premium reminder calling etc. Total volume of such touch points is ~3-4 lacs per month hence there is enough revenue potential in these touch points due to which SPARC has been conceived.This position will be responsible for customer service, retention and sales to existing insurance company customers through relationship building.There will be only one CSO in one branch.The CSO does not have to find customers. They work on leads generated by various sources.100 % leads will are given to the CSO.Total of 60 leads are provided in a month to the CSO, approximately 3 leads per day which the CSO is supposed to close.Other relevant points related toSPARC Channelare as follows :We are looking for candidates who have : -Good Communication Skills.Need candidates from Direct sales, Agency, Broking, CASA. Candidate from BANCA can apply only if he is ready to do field sales and has previous direct marketing exp.Experience : Should be from field sales background.Experienced: Should have at least 6 months of experience of life insurance sales. Should have experience of field sales. Agents and Advisors of Life insurance are also welcome.We wantcandidates who can join immediately. (Pref. a week or 15 days time)Candidates should have his/her own conveyanceWe wantGraduate, interested to work in FieldAge: should be less than 35yrsStaying at his current location for 1-2 yr.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :It is a sales role.
