WHAT YOULL DO
The Knowledge Management Specialist role will help improve BCGs knowledge base. The primary focus will be Knowledge Capture activities, such as capturing, managing sharing meaningful content across various document repositories and bringing it back with the broader BCG community. The individual will also be required to work closely with the team leadership Practice Area s on special projects to improve the quality of content on the navigator database.
Provides primary knowledge capture for HealthCare Practice Area (HC PA) cases and materials for BCG s KM system
-Connects with case teams, seeks information, writes and indexes case descriptions on portal
-Captures and publishes case documents and practice area materials on KM portal including quality review, abstract writing indexing
Liaisons with the HC PA knowledge experts and analysts to improve content accuracy and quality
Supports HC PA execute priority content projects such as case vignette capture, Client reference capture, newsletters
Works with the team leadership to drive key content improvement projects such as HC PA Content Audits, Content reporting
Contributes to the development of consistent knowledge capture processes for the HC PA

We are seeking a strong and motivated candidate to fill a Knowledge Management Specialist vacancy. The successful candidate will be based in the New Delhi office, within BCGs Knowledge Practice Area, with a good understanding of broad HealthCare segments: Medical Technologies, Biopharma, and Medical Insurance Provider Networks. General familiarity with the basics of HealthCare industry vocabulary, frameworks and concepts would be helpful.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills; Proactive, persistent, confident and able to engage effectively with Director-level stakeholders and global case teams
Well-organized, a self-starter, good prioritization skills, able to work autonomously and as part of a global team
Adaptability skills as per stakeholder requirements; Excellent process and planning skills strong follow through and accountability
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS)
Bachelor s degree from a major university required preferably in business, or related research/analysis-intense field
2-4 years of relevant work experience or equivalent preferably in the HealthCare industry
Ability to communicate precisely and succinctly in English (oral and written), distil, edit and categorize knowledge in writing
Ability to build deep meaningful relationships with global stakeholders across the HealthCare PA
