    • Crafting delightful user experiences around technical support, such as ticketing, support channels, and customer communications.
    • Take ownership of customer cloud issues and follow up the status of problems with respective workgroups on behalf of the end customer.
    • During business-critical needs, proactively take calls and manage service levels and abandon rates.
    • Handling major incidents by coordinating with multiple teams.
    • Manage outage events proactively and lead from the front while acting as a Priority Event Manager.
    • Tracking metrics and measurements of user engagement and behaviour.
    • Crafting well-written user-facing communications and documentation.
    • Translating user feedback and needs to well-scoped requirements, and collaborating with Engineering to deliver them in Atlan.
    What makes you a match for us
    • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS or Azure or GCP.
    • You are experienced as a data practitioner/have operated in a B2B SaaS organization, now looking to expand horizons and build a product-led growth motion with deep user empathy.
    • You have previously demonstrated an aptitude for partnering with internal or external stakeholders across geographies.
    • You understand data and software markets, products, and businesses. Familiarity with the contemporary data stack across ETL, storage, BI, and everything between, with a demonstrated ability to stay up to date with new developments is a plus.
    • Tools that we use for SRE/Support - - Grafana, Prometheus, Thanos, Pager duty, Sentry.
    • You are understanding distributed cloud system and know the process to solve operational issues.
