As part of the continued growth and innovation, Taru Leading Edge is looking to hire Lead Consultant to support, business and growth opportunities for the organization with following scope of work.Business Development: - Lead and support in business development to maximize growth- Generating new business leads and building and maintaining strong, collaborative client relationships - Develop new client relationships and expand existing relationships by delivering excellent value, and quality service.- Write and facilitate proposal development- technical and financial, source CVs and partners, JVs, attend bid meetings and coordinate responses. - Build and manage relationships with potential clients - Donors, Funding agencies, Corporates, Private Sector Clients, other external stakeholders, such as project partners, sector experts, external consultants who contribute to projects- Effectively position the organization as the preferred partner of the clients and donors. Other Works : - Support in knowledge management through ideation and conceptualization of new ideas, writing blogs, articles, research papers/white papers on key issues and topics - Grow Tarus presence in the Sector(s) domain assigned to Partners through projects, leadership outputs, sector engagements, publications. Knowledge dissemination, communications, social media, and outreach etc.- Develop and showcase thought-leadership material and outcomes from research, analysis and synthesis of complex issues and contribute to Tarus knowledge capture and dissemination- Provide technical and management support/inputs to the projects if assigned. - Others, as assigned by the organizationJob Specifications: Qualifications and experiences- MBA or Postgraduate (Degree/Diploma) with 8-12 years of experience in management consultancy firm and exposure to development sectors- Proven record of generating business - A proven track record of preparing technical and financial proposal, expression of interests, concept notes.- Strong sectoral networking- Excellent English writing and communication skill- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Should have the ability to write Approach and Methodology (A&M) and workplan independently.- Ability to work in time pressure and in multiple domains.- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Good analytical, and knowledge management skills including writing and presentation skills. Able to communicate clearly and sensitively with internal and external stakeholders.- Good thinker and problem solver- Aligning work style with established work culture and leadership team. - High personal & professional integrity. Team player and ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines. Problem solving attitude.
