Call Centre Executive Sales (Properties) We are looking for experienced Call Centre Executives to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers.Job description1 Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms2 Determine clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them3 Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing4 Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value5 Display and market real property to possible buyers6 Managing the records of the end-to-end interaction with the prospective insurance clients7 Managing follow ups with the prospective client for document submissionDesired Candidate Profile1 A graduate degree is mandatory with 1-5yrs of experience in related field2 Excellent convincing skills to convert a cold lead to hot lead3 Proven track of successful sales record4 Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills5 Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills6 Pleasant and trustworthy7 Fluent in Hindi & English8 Proficient with MS Office9 Work well in stressful situations10 Work as per the shift timingsAbout the Company One Call One Call has been founded with the vision of providing technology driven solutions to optimizing risks in life and health insurance sector.
