Job Description

    Team leader - customer serviceA calling Team Leader has the responsibility of managing a team of Customer careassociate, The numbers usually range between eight and twelve.If you work as a calling Team Leader, your day-to-day activities may include: Managing large amounts of calls in a timely and effective manner Identifying customer needs Researching customer problems Conducting morning huddles to make sure that your team know what theirobjectives are for the day Call listening and giving feedback to customer service executives on how theycan improve Taking call escalations and looking out over your team for when a customerservice executive may need help Achieve individual and teams sales objectives by making telesales and utilizingup-selling and cross selling opportunities. Ongoing coaching and development of your team Monitoring and driving individual and team performance, usually against a set ofkey performance indicators (KPIs)Skills && Qualifications1. Graduate2. Ability to use Word, Excel, Power Point && Outlook3. Good communication && presentation skills in local language4. Working ability of English Speaking && Skill5. Minimum 3 years of experience in tele-calling / 1 years of experience inleading a team of tele-callersGrowth && Compensation:1. Fixed Salary of Rs. 2.4 to 3. 6 Lakh per Annum2.
