Job Description

Designation: Tender Management ExecutiveReports to: Sales & Marketing DirectorIndustry: Medical Devices (Class II & Class III Orthopaedic Implants)Place of Posting: Sonipat 2 KM from Delhi Border (Singhu Border)Working Days: 9:30AM to 6:00PM (Monday to Saturday)Duties and Responsibilities

  • To handle Government and Private Tenders.
  • To upload Bids on Portal.
  • To raise EMD and Tender Fee Request.
  • To prepare Compliances and Quotation.
  • To help Sales team in processing the order and keeping record.
  • To handle Technical Query of the Product Line.
  • To Coordinate with foreign Principal Companies.
  • Preparing Rate Contract and Offers.
  • Raising bills and Invoice and Dispatch work (Logistics).
  • To ensure compliance to various applicable internal procedures and international standards and guidelines for Tender management & export-import activities as per standard quality management system.
  • To coordinate with other departments.
  • All other tasks as assigned by the HOD.

  • Bachelors or Master s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (highly preferred).
  • 3+ years of domestic & international Tender management (Govt. & private both for Medical Devices) experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiations, team work and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be good in MS-Office, presentations, ERP & SAP.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines.
  • Good team player and contributor to a positive work environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
