Job Description

Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities Lead a team of RM- YFB for deepening & Up-Selling on key CA-led relationships Drive the superlative client servicing standards & rigor in RM- YFB Drive superior product & process for sales and service to premier CA client, along with necessary feedback to Program Team for enhanced product developmentCore Responsibilities Relationship Management & Revenue Generation Manages Top clients in the portfolio to ensure superior experience Captures and maximizes the business opportunity through detailed client profiling as per organizational process To explore new avenues for enhanced revenue generation/fee income Conceptualizing & implementing the competent strategies to expand existing relationshipsTeam Management Drive RM- YFB to achieve Goal sheet targets across CASA Value, Tfx income, BB, CMS, LI, MF, Locker, NTB Acquisition & other products penetration Completion of all certifications required for RM- YFB along with HCM and Compliance Jointly- work with HCM to identify & recruit the RM- YFBs in the cluster Training and development of team on qualitative & product knowledgePeople Management Monitors and enables the achievement of goals and key performance indicators for direct reports and ensures effective implementation of the performance management process in the section Developing talent within the team by providing guidance, creating opportunities & training to enable achievement of the defined goalsRisk and Internal Control To follow the risk policies and processes prescribed within the bank for operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational and audit risks Ensuring the processes are explained to the team of RM- YFB & monitor that the same is carried out in regular functioning,
