As a start, you will be working from home(sometimes following consultancy model that requires Mon- Thurs to be in client location) .Job Brief: We are looking for a talented UX/ UI Designer to design applications and platforms that meet user s needs and create amazing user experiences. The candidate should have an eye for clean and strategic business application designs, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high- level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into interactive, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.A strong portfolio of successful UX/ UI implementation background on technical projects is essential.Reports To : The client team in charge, with a dotted line to the CEO/ CTOInternal Relationships : Client team in charge, domain expert on the project, Project Manager, Development Team, Business Analyst/ sExternal Relationships : Client s Project Manager, design team and IT team, any third- party vendors involved from client or EACIITResponsibilities: Understand and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project manager, development team and business analyst/ s Conduct user research and develop wireframes and task flows based on user needs Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, user flows and sitemaps Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how applications will function and look like Design graphic user interface elements like: menus, tabs and widgets, page navigation buttons, search fields etc. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand- off and communicating, collaborating and testing till final build Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standardization Keep abreast of industry trends and designs Skills required Proven work experience as web and mobile application UI/ UX designer or similar role Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture Proficient in visual design and wire- framing tools. You are free to choose appropriate tools to deliver best- in- class design Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user- system interaction Analytical mind with a business acumen Excellent communication skills to present your designs to various stakeholders Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively Experience working in an Agile/ Scrum development process Up- to- date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders Good time- management skills to handle tasks on multiple projects Education and Other Qualifications 2+ years of industry experience in designing intuitive, user- friendly applications to enhance user experience Professional qualifications (Design, graphics or relevant field) Strong portfolio of design projects Designing tools and graphics certifications Drop files here May 10, 2018 February 19, 2018 December 22, 2017 July 13, 2017 Are you sure you want to delete this file,
