Job Description

    Manager - Channel Partner Management - DSAs (PL & BL) Digital LendingWe are in the process of enhancing the channel of sourcing through DSAs (Direct Selling Agents). These channels have a faster GTM, are easy to scale up to desired levels without the need for deep technology integrations. It will help us achieve our AUM targets as well as build a long tenor MSME book.- Create and/or utilize existing connects to establish DSA network for generating leads for PL & BL.- Meet & build rapport with DSAs, execute a self-curated daily beat market visit plan.- Understand lead quality & classify DSAs basis potential and business sourcing quality.- Supervise complete performance of mapped DSAs.- Explain pre-qualification criterion to DSAs, monitor & review quality of leads.- Create visibility & brand recall for the organization in the sector through strong rapport building.- Strong vigilance on market practices, pricing, products, competitive policies & offers.- Running campaigns for DSAs for slab-based target tracking.- Monitoring portfolio performance, lead quality and planning rewards/penalties for DSAs.- Collaborative approach towards problem solving & solutioning of service related issues raised by DSAs.- Internal stakeholder collaboration & external stakeholder expectation management.- Timely settling of invoices & releasing payouts to DSAs.- Share accurate information about customer, property, seller etc. to ensure transparent practices.- Work as per First Time Right (FTR) from Login to Disbursement for good customer service & best possible TAT. a) Qualifications- Minimum Qualification required: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business administration- Exposure to banking/NBFC based DSA sourcing can be a plusb) Work Experience: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience- Demonstrated sales experience in financial services/banking/fintech- Should know the DSA market segment well.- Must have prior experience in handling direct DSA relationships or managing business lead volumes from DSAs.- Should have broad knowledge of lending & underwriting process for both personal loans as well as business loans.- Should be able to explain the pre qualifying criterion to DSAs for lead logins.- Should be able to differentiate between good profiles vs bad profiles using FTR.- Should have good rapport building attitude with networking skills.- Must be a go getter with a positive mindset to achieve business volumes.- Should be able to work under pressure to meet day to day business needs.- Should be able to project & plan monthly targets and the strategy to achieve the same.- Should be well versed with a daily sales plan for market visits.,
