It sincerely impresses upon the idea that being born amongst the underprivileged is a fault of none.Objective: To provide assistance to the board of the organization in identifying donor resources, raising funds though corporates & individuals and writing proposals for long-term organizational sustainability.Roles & Responsibilities:To develop and implement a fundraising plan for the organisation which will achieve the goals for sustainable funding, the development of projects, and delivery of core operations.To work in partnership with other members of staff to achieve the organisations aims and ensure stability and longevity is in place for DIF and its members.To identify and develop suitable Business Development opportunities, new projects and funds.To cultivate and nurture successful and productive relationships with current and potential corporates, sponsors and individual donors.To accurately monitor fundraising progress and produce quality reports for internal and external parties when required.To write compelling grant proposals.To expand the DIF network through the development of new and beneficial relationships.To contribute to DIF promotional articles and publications to raise awareness of the work and the organisations aims.To contribute to the DIF communication strategy (in relation to fundraising) as required.To represent and be the face of DIF to the corporate world.To attend and participate in necessary meetings with corporates.Target Oriented.Personal QualitiesIn all aspects of this role the following personal qualities are essential:Excellent planning, time management and organisational abilities.Highly motivated and able to work independently to agreed goals and targets andtake ownership of the overall fundraising programme of the organization.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a small close-knit team.Able to work under pressure, meeting key project and reporting deadlines.SALARY : 25,000 TO 30,000 PER MONTH (Depends upon the candidates Capability)Alternate Saturday OffGOOD WORKING ENVIRONMENTIMMEDIATE JOININGInterested Candidates can contact on the number given below.Swati Dubey, Manager+91-**********Interested candidates can share their CVat*****@diyaindia.org
