We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a proven track record of working with small teams (less than 200 employees) in a fast-paced environment.Your role as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is to nurture, develop, and grow our greatest asset - our people. Using your human resources experience and knowledge of our business (dont worry, that will come with time), youll align business objectives with employees and leadership. You will support the implementation of HR programs and processes including talent, performance and compensation, assessments, and talent planning. You will play a key role in building a work environment where everyone can thrive.1. Assess resource and gaps, and develop strategies to address gaps2. Facilitate performance improvement and development of human resources strategies3. Implement performance management and guide employee relations with consistency4. Advise, mentor, and guide positive employee engagement capability5. Partner with management to help strengthen core values of collaboration, respect and high performance team6. Maintain high degree of communication with the management teamREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :1. 5+ years HRBP experience including coaching employees and management2.
