Must have strong interest in XR and emerging technologies The XR Support Specialist is responsible for managing his/her assigned jobs and/or projects for XR clients. He/she will work closely with XR Manager and XR Leadership. The XR Support Specialist will primarily interact with client/end-user, give demo of our application and educate client and stakeholder about new products and services. Job Requirements Key Responsibilities o Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with Client/Agency/Creative/Account teams. o Work as a team with leadership to develop conceptual approaches to meet business objectives. o Collaborate with colleagues to seek opportunities/solutions for improvements in the XR applications and overall XR solutions o Manage Project progress and timeline o Utilize best practices for all XR and digital projects. o Evangelize interactive best practices and guide your team members on interactive projects. o Work closely with Accenture leadership and update them regularly on progress of all XR projects. o Assist other members of the XR department/team as needed when the workload allows. Technical Experience o Experience in understanding client requirements and putting everything in measurable format o Very good understanding of project management o Experience of vendor management, client management and stakeholder management. o A proven advisor to clients and internal teams and a leader in fostering productive dialogue toward achieving the clients business and marketing goals. o An excellent eye for art direction and a proven ability to apply it across a wide variety of communication channels. o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. o Digital design portfolio or website equivalent that demonstrates mastery of content creation for XR, or games. Should include examples of 3D and 2D work will be advantageous. o Basic knowledge of Extended Reality technologies, as it relates to VR and promotional marketing.
