Job Description

Role: You will be the driving engine for sales revenue through various B2B and B2C offerings. You will be the main go-to guy for implementation of all sales and marketing strategy and planning. In time, you will recruit and mentor a sales team under you and assume leadership for pan-India sales. Responsibility: You are responsible for staying motivated and motivating, mentoring and advising other sales representatives to improve their performance. You will meet reputed, five-star hotels, resorts and spas to provide them our hotel offerings. You will be responsible to creating a distributor network and pushing our products in the retail segment. You will help your team maintain the optimum output in terms of achieving sales targets and monthly and annual revenue target. You will achieve your daily, monthly and annual targets and objectives through effective time and project management, setting and meeting (and desirably surpassing) sales goals and targets. You will analyze sales data on previous performance and project future performance. You will ensure that the sales team functions to the best level possible under you. You will be responsible for mentoring sales executives to help them meet their sales targets. You will ensure smooth collaboration between different departments. You will provide valuable feedback to the Marketing team and Research team for new products and innovations. You will generate new sales leads and devise new sales generation strategy and implement them. A study by Environmental Health Perspectives shows pollutants such as oxybenzone, butylparaben, commonly used in sunscreens, are non-biodegradable. As they wash off of skin, they become one of the triggers that's causing the bleaching of the Great Coral Reef, Australia. All our products are sourced and made ethically. For example, we do not use Palm Oil as a base in our handmade soaps as palm trees are home to a large number of Orangutans in the world. Using Palm Oil results in the systematic loss of natural habitat of these beautiful orange furry creatures. All our raw materials are sourced ethically.

Not Tested on Animals
