Job Description

Position: Assistant Manager - R&D (CFD)Experience:

  • 8-10 years [B.E./B.Tech]
  • 6-8 years [M.E./M.Tech]
Location: Faridabad, PVL NITJOB DESCRIPTIONB.Tech/B.E with state top level institutes with 8-10 yrs of experience in CFD Simulations with HVAC/Heat Exchanger product back ground using Fluent & Star CCM Software.OrM.Tech(Thermal Stream) from NIT or equivalent with 6-8yrs experience in Fluids and Thermal Calculation, CFD analysis using Fluent &StarCCM.Position Accountabilities
  1. Responsible for Fluids and thermal analysis of all Heat Exchanger/Battery CoolingSystem /HVAC systems through Calculations/Simulations
  2. Strong knowledge on Fluid mechanics and Heat transfer
  3. Strong knowledge on CFD fundamentals, Turbulence models, VOF / Multiphase simulations and Transient simulation
  4. Should have worked in CFD packages like Fluent is mandatory. Knowledge on STAR CCM is added advantage.
  5. Expertise in meshing complex geometries, solving and interpretation of results based on CFD results, should be able to evaluate results and recommend solutions
  6. Experience in experimental/test data correlation with validation and conclusion
  7. Experience in 1D thermal simulation tools will be an added advantage
  8. Knowledge in Heat exchanger design (single phase/two phase) is a plus.
  9. Experience in Automation & Optimization of Simulations
  10. Document and share best practices
  11. Innovative thinking
  12. Ability to learn quickly and adapt
  13. Good communication skills
