Freight Forwarding - Customer Service and Operations - Sr. Executive / Executive - Gandhidham,Kolkata,Vizag, Candidate should be a Graduate with adequate experience in similar capacity in CHA / Logistics Business. Should be smart, presentable and must possess good communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cordial relations with customers, updations and keeping cargo track from pre shipment to post shipment, until arrival at the destination, keeping the customers internal and external, informed in the process. Should co-ordinate effectively with all departments ensure customer satisfaction is at the highest levels. Responsibilities also include identifying sales leads and passing on the same to Sales team.
