Job Description

Should have minimum 7+ years hands on experience in various networking products such as routers, switches, wireless and Load Balancer etc. Should have worked on high end devices like Cat, Nexus, ISR, ASR routers etc. Must have knowledge and experience on Software defined technologies such as NSX-T Datacenter, must have expert knowledge in managing Multicast traffic Good knowledge of TCP/IP stack routing /switching and subnetting Expertise in Routing protocols like OSPF, EIGRP and BGP Experience in MPLS / QoS Experience in server/link load balancer configuration Excellent hands-on /troubleshooting of WLCs Excellent hands-on on troubleshooting Wi-Fi devices Expertise in HSRP/VRRP and STP implementation Extensive operational experience with network security (ACLs, VPN, L2VPN, IPSEC and GRE) Implementation knowledge of syslog servers and forwarding critical devices logs to Syslog server Expertise in Tools Integration and Management such as, NGeniusONE (Packet Capture/Analysis), Wireshark (Packet Capture viewer), PRTG (Link Utilization analyzer),OpManager (Event Log Analyzer), Mreceiver (Multicast receiver), ITRS (Health and Capacity Analyzer) Perform system audits and project work. Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and documents Manage and implement network security policies and procedures CCNP/CCIE certified Knowledge and ability to identify the risk on the customer Network Security architecture & suggest solution to identified risk according to the best practices. Should have good presentation skills & Fair knowledge on ITIL Framework on Service Transition Should have experience in team handling Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Customer management, Problem understanding, resolving, Technical support, service request and Change Implementation experience Good diagnostic and troubleshooting skills on Routing and Switching and security
