- Handling full cycle of Recruitment, right from sourcing of candidates through in-house database, Using portals for Job Postings and Bulk Mailing, referrals also.- Communicate with client to understood exact what type of candidate they want and work accordingly-Briefing the candidates about the job requirement, screening and validatingthe candidates as per the requirements.-Sourcing candidates from job portals, candidate reference and internal database.-Arranging telephonic interviews.- Recruit suitable candidates for opening positions and brief them job profile properly-Scheduling Interviews as per the clients specifications, intimating thecandidates about the Interviews.-Follow up on the interview process status-Follow-up with client as well as the candidates till the selected candidatesgets the offer letter- Payment Follow-up- Maintaining the Database of the candidates for future use and reference.- Taking References from candidates to generate more potential candidates.
