Job Description

Managing the complete recruitment life - cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.
Acquainting the new joiners with the Company Policies, Culture, & handling the entire documentation process of the employee s.
Issuing offer letters to the selected candidates and doing continuous follow - up with the candidates to ensure that candidates join on scheduled date.
Designed the Induction/Orientation Program schedules in co - ordination with the Functional Heads.
Inducting new appointees and providing them brief information.
Responsible for all documentation related to the employee s recruitment, resignation, exit interview formalities and final settlement.
