Job Description

Urgent hiring for ECA Trainer in leading education company in Ghaziabad location Need a candidate who can train to students on financial and banking subjects in a corporate sector .Profile - ECA TrainerLocation - Ghaziabad(U.P.) , Jaipur (Rajasthan)Qualification - GraduateExperience - Minimum1 yearPackage - Up to 2.64 LPA -

  • To deliver high quality training that follows company methodology, and matches to the skills required by the corporate clients
  • Deliver high quality training that follows company methodology, and matches to the skills required by the corporate clients
  • Regularly coordinate with the Training Excellence Manager regarding all training activities and process steps
  • Enable the Counsellor and Sales Officer to be more independent sales people
  • Manage the early assessment process and implement growth plan for students, so their skills can meet needs of the corporate clients
  • Work with the Regional Placement Manager in mid and final assessments to gauge employability of students
  • Counsel students regularly to ensure fewer dropouts and greater acceptance of placement opportunities
  • Engage with students and their parents and provide feedback on students progress and learning
  • Work with Training Excellence manager to incorporate student feedback into future processes and content
  • Provide regular feedback to the Training Excellence Manager on training content and the need for local customization
  • Successfully articulate and promote the differentiators and brand value
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of the job market, Centre operational challenges & student expectations in the Region
  • Supporting the Centre teams in the Training process
  • Maintaining a 100% Adherence to SOPs
  • Building good and strong relationships with clients
  • Build transparency with students throughout the training & placements process
