Key responsibilities:- Head the category function for the assigned line of business, acting as its complete business owner for overall growth & expansion- Build and lead a strong team of category managers & business analysts to deliver fast paced growth, aiming for industry leadership position in each segment- Define strategic growth plan along with end-to-end management of the same; work with cross-functional teams to drive the means to growth- Go deep into understanding what customer wants, how can that be worked out from scratch, and drive complete ownership of delivering results.
