    • Managing and handling Incoming and outgoing calls.
    • Managing the office guests / Visitors.
    • Coordinating with hotels for Conference Hall bookings.
    • Arranging visas, invitation letters, travel booking, hotel booking, and airport pickup/drop for the directors as well as the team members, internationally/domestically for the team.
    • Invoice processing and Responsible for all the approval, ensuring timely submission to Accounts.
    • Calendar Management ii) Visitor Management iii) Travel Management requisition, covering / invites.
    • Stationary Management - Office Stationery stock maintenance, placing the order, Issuing. as per the approved indent and controlling of stationary and housekeeping consumption.
    • Courier & Postage Inward / outward courier management, timely distribution, and tracking of the consignments.
    • Arranged Team Offsite & Team lunch / Dinner.
    • Maintaining the MIS reports as per the admin activities.
    • Experience in SAP/Concur tool for expenses claims.
    • Managing the Admin Team.
    • Coordinating with the HR team for onboarding and exit formalities.
    • Coordinating with Marketing & HR team for Saturday upskilling and team building sessions.
    Requirements:
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good knowledge of Excel.
    • Min 2 years experience in Admin.
    • Graduate
