The team also leads on campaign management, product launch, online merchandising and end-to-end conversion.Join us as a E-Business Advisor on our Marketing team in Gurgaon, India to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you ll achieveAs an E-Business Advisor, you will develop and implement internet marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, increasing marketing effectiveness and improving customer satisfaction. You will manage merchandising product placement, pathing, promotion and content to optimize conversion/consideration, as well as own campaign management, product launch/transition, online merchandising and end-to-end conversion.You will:

  • Develop and implement internet marketing strategies to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage product placement, pathing, and content to optimize conversion.
  • Take the lead in campaign management and end-to-end conversion.
  • Represent consumer, marketing, and merchandising point of view to identify new business/content opportunities and effectiveness of programs.
  • Apply deep understanding of emerging online demand generation and conversion programs, like behavioral targeting, site search strategies to increase revenues and enhance the customer experience.
  • Drive analysis to deliver business impacting changes to the commerce platform.
  • Identify and recommends future architectural and technology enhancements to drive a world-class site
  • Partner with IT & Third-Party organizations to build eCommerce experience
  • Work with the development team for implementation and testing of all new functions/features.
  • Ad hoc support to the EMEA Dell Outlet team.
  • Be jointly accountable for online performance against unit, revenue, traffic, and conversion targets.

  • Minimum undergraduate degree in business/technology or related field and 5-8 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience
  • A proven history of successfully developing e-business strategies and solutions
  • A deep knowledge of leading-edge architectures and technology enhancements
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience working in a large, complex, matrix technology organization with 5 7 integrations simultaneously
  • Strong online knowledge and analytical abilities
  • Implement marketing strategy, based on core business objectives, market landscape, and competitor activity
  • Excellent team player and works through interpersonal challenges effectively in Dell s interest.
  • Project management identify new business opportunities and potential pilot programs
  • Monitor quality of Outlet website and follow up with any issues that may be present e.g. incorrect pricing, poor imagery, wrong content showing.
  • Handle daily tasks customer complaints on website that have been escalated, pricing issues, ongoing analysis of business performance.
  • Recognizes underlying or hidden problems and leverages business acumen, technology understanding, resources, people, and ideas to develop proactive solutions
  • Maintains constructive long-term relationships with internal and external peers, Senior Management to ensure ongoing positive results
