Position Overview
Anaqua is looking for a highly motivated and proactive AP & Billing Specialist who is eager to help us attain our continuing growth goals. The AP & Billing specialist will work directly with our invoicing team in France, our corporate finance team in the U.S. on billing and collections and accounts payable
Responsibilities include:
Enter Vendor bills into the General Ledger system
Monitor Vendor e - mails
File vendor invoices electronically
Upload LEDES invoices to client s preferred eBilling Systems such as Legal Tracker (Serengeti), CouncelLink, T360, Etc.
Communicate with clients on billing queries
Collect on past due balances
Provide daily reporting and updates to corporate accounting team in Boston
Engage in projects related to annuities and software billing as needed
Required skills:
Strong verbal and written skills in English
Intermediate excel skills - Experience with Vlookup, Sumif, Sumifs, Etc.
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Ability to think critical when problems occur
Maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Experience/ Education
1 - 2 years experience in an AP or billing
Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.)
