      • Key Responsibilities : 1- Able to translate Business Objectives into clear Functional and Technical Requirements 2- Good exposure in data migrations, data mapping and LSMW tool 3- Provide technical help to technical team to create custom report to meet business requirements 4- Monitor and resolve tickets raised by end users and provide resolution 5- Root cause analysis for issues raised by end users and providing timely resolution
      • Technical Experience : 1- Resource with experience in configuring the SAP HR modules/solution as per proposed functional design and norms / Standards 2- Should have expertise on SAP PA , OM and Learning module with time and Payroll as added advantage 3- Well versed in Business Analysis, Design, Configuration, Testing, Training, Implementation and Post Implementation support, Technical and Functional Specifications and Interfaces Handling 4- Experience in understanding business process re-engineering-Continue in Additi
      • Professional Attributes : 1- Very well communication skill 2- Ability to work under pressure
    • Additional Information : As-Is Business Process, performing GAP Analysis to identify and evaluate risks and provide recommend
