Job Summary:The role would facilitate, and support research needs of the firm s professionals on a proactive and reactive basis. The selected candidate will also be responsible for support on updating EY s Client Relationship Management (CRM) and other EY databases. Candidate will review assessments created by the team before submitting to the EY offices. Individual need to maintain process reporting and MI for internal and external stake holders. The role requires the candidate to Mentor and lead the team.Essential Functions of the Job:Below are the roles and responsibilities:Your Technical Responsibilities:
  • Builds up significant domain expertise on RMS and other related RMS processes and tools.
  • Ensure that initial review of submissions from engagement teams and evaluates completeness, accuracy and appropriateness of proposed transaction/requests.
  • Consults with or escalates issues arising out of a review to the relevant Coordinators on a timely basis.
  • Understands the key requirements of firm and regulators Risk Management rules and policies
  • Build knowledge on the firms structure, business strategies, service lines, and people
  • Manage the key Customer Due Diligence process to completion within agreed timelines and in accordance with regulatory
  • Performs the validating review of AML Customer Due Diligence requests from client/engagement teams and evaluates
People/Project Management Responsibilities:
  • Provides first point of contact for any unresolved queries raised by onshore team.
  • Identify training, learning & development opportunities for the team members
  • Workflow allocation and ensuring delivery in agreed timelines
  • Providing team members with performance feedback; completing periodic performance reviews
  • Regularly coaching and mentoring his/ her counselees
Other Responsibilities / Supporting Actions
  • Manages tasks and activities in a timely manner and is responsible for specific outcomes
  • Learns the firm structure, business strategies, service lines, and people of the firm
  • Builds a network of people within RMS and across the firm
  • Plans and organizes own work and keeps others informed of status and activities
You are expected to have below mentioned skills:
  • Good written and oral communication skill
  • Good negotiation skills and decision-making capabilities
  • Experienced in managing larger team, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities
  • Expertise in MS office tools Excel, Access, Power point, Word
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI etc. is an added advantage
Job Requirements:Education:
  • Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience:
  • More than 5 years with people management/team handling experience.
  • Candidate with exposure to Client interaction
Certification Requirements:
  • Any relevant certifications will be an added advantage
