assistant manager / deputy manager -logistics in gurgaonPosition- Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager -LogisticsExperience - 8 to 10 yearsJob Location: GurgaonPlease see the detailed JD as below-Role Description - The position will be leading the supply chain management (SCM) department responsible for managing the Imports, Re-exports, custom handling, logistics operations, orders processing & fulfilment, Warehouse and Inventory management, Vendor development & management, handling Internal and Statutory audits, quality issues [FSCA], MIS and other SCM functions.The position will supervise a team of 4 members who will be supporting in day-to-day activities.Roles & Responsibilities- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues Provide specialist advice, support and guidance to team members on all SCM related matters. Handling Custom related matters. Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios Align logistics & distribution in line with Standard logistics Practices, local compliances & regulations and Corporate policies Responsible for vendor orders management & timely supply of material and custom clearance Domestic sales and dispatch handling to customers MIS reports on Inventory turn-over, clearance time, freight & clearance charges on import, domestic freight charges, transit time and other KPI of SCM department. Develop Standard Operating Procedure for Purchase, Logistics and Warehouse functions Assist in the delivery of local learning and development programs to upskill the local workforce Statutory, ICFR, and Internal audit of Purchase, Inventory, Provisions, and COGS Physical stock reconciliation of Inventory and Fixed Assets.Qualification Graduate B.Com/B Tech/BSc.
