Job Title: Assistant Manager/ Manager - Sales Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India Who are we Kolabro Business Solutions is a product startup based out of Sushant Lok, Gurgaon. We are building a B2B mobile app and other stack of products to help property brokers, brokerage firms & developers to do their business more efficiently. It is a platform where brokers will be able to manage leads, their agents, CRM and communicate seamlessly with the community using the Kolabro App. Kolabro founding team consists of members from leading a digital media house & an Ex-Googler with over 15 years of combined experience in digital marketing at leadership positions. At Kolabro, we want to organize & support the Real Estate sector in India using technology. A mammoth task equaled only by our zeal to work towards the goal. Responsibilites: 1. Acquire real estate clients for Kolabro Digital Services. 2. Drive product usage through regular servicing and product training. 3. Meet acquisition targets while ensuring revenue generation is in line with bottom line goals of the organization. 4. Cross sell/ Up-sell products. 5. Optimum coverage of the designated market. 6. Ensure compliance of organisational processes. Desired Skillset: 1. Graduate/ Post Graduate. 2. 2-5 yrs of Sales/ Business Development experience preferably in marketing solutions. 3. Knowledge of Digital Marketing Concepts. 4. Experience in Real Estate Portals would be an added advantage.,
